IT Service Management system construction of Minsheng Bank of China
Minsheng Bank of China was founded in 12th Jan. 1996 in Beijing. The head office of Minsheng Bank has over 300 units of network devices, more than 500 units of server and plenty of database and middleware. Each provincial branch bank has over 10 units of servers and 20 units of network devices and a lot of ATM devices.
ITManager and ITSM are deployed to monitor the infrastructure with centralized mode. They are used to provide multi-angle, multi-mode and operation-oriented report and statistical analysis of performance data. Multi-level operation staff and leadership can master the operation status of the holistic network, handling status of operation task and service level statistics, based on which, the bottleneck of system and process can be found and optimized. The whole service management process is set up based on ITIL standard which greatly improves management level, and helps to achieve whole lift-cycle management and maintenance of assets. The integrated, standard and process-based job also helps to improve management efficiency and decrease management cost.
