The management of various kinds of network devices and systems brings great challenges to operation staff of Hangzhou Telecom. In that case, Hangzhou Telecom needs to set up a centralized operation and management system, which is of sounded function, advanced technology and easy to use, to meet the increasing requirements of management and maintenance and to meet the objective of centralized management and maintenance, so as to improve operation quality and provide a stable infrastructure for business development.
